Tired hands and feet? tried massaging them with different creams or maybe even dry, but nothing seems to help? Try this recipe from grandma! It can be used anytime as often as you like.
Ingredients:
6-10 drops of Lavender Oil
2 cups of Water
1/2 cup of crushed and dried Lavender Flowers
1/2 cup of chopped, fresh Sage
Pour the water into a Pyrex ramekin. Add the lavender and sage.
Heat the mixture over a low flame for 20 minutes.
Use cheesecloth or any fine, clean cloth to strain the mixture and pour the liquid into a glass or ceramic container.
Add the lavender oil to the strained liquid, stir the mixture, gently, to allow it to emulsify.
Application:
Clean your hands and feet with a gentle soap.
Pat them dry with a soft towel.
Use a cotton wool to dab the mixture, gently, on your hands and feet.
Relax for about 10-15 minutes. Allow this mixture to soak into your skin.
Tip: Excellent feeling if doing this before going to bed!!
NOTE: If allergic to any ingredients do NOT use!
